Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Pokémon TCG Tracker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the portal or connected services. If you use Pokémon TCG Tracker on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Accounts, sign-in and devices

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email account, Google account, sessions and device code secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

A device code may be used to associate a physical ticker with an account. Do not publish or share that code with anyone you do not want to manage the device. Contact support@legnalabs.com if you believe your account or device code has been compromised.

Google sign-in is an optional authentication method. Your use of a Google account remains subject to Google’s applicable terms. We may require you to verify account ownership before changing an account-device association or assisting with recovery.

3. The Pokémon TCG Tracker service

The portal lets you manage supported cards and preferences for a compatible Pokémon TCG Tracker device. Available catalogue coverage, finishes, currencies, price sources, fallback behaviour and price variation depend on the available source data and may change over time.

Unless a different limit is shown in the service, an account can save up to ten cards and select up to five cards for display rotation. You need a compatible USB power source and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection to use the physical ticker.

5. Physical product purchases

Purchases currently take place through Etsy, not through the Legna Labs website or portal. Prices, taxes, payment, availability, delivery estimates, cancellations, returns and shop policies shown on the Etsy listing apply to that transaction, together with any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The handmade enclosure is 3D-printed in PLA, so small variations and visible layer texture are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process. Product specifications and included items are described in the applicable listing.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Pokémon TCG Tracker for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity;
• attempt to gain access to another account, device or administrative area;
• interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, probe vulnerabilities or distribute malicious code;
• scrape, overload or use automated means against the service except where we have given written permission;
• reverse engineer the service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it;
• use catalogue or market information in a way that violates third-party rights or terms.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

Legna Labs retains its rights in Pokémon TCG Tracker’s software, portal, device design, branding, written materials and original content. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service with your device.

Card names, images, sets, market information and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Pokémon TCG Tracker is independently designed and is not manufactured, licensed, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability, updates and changes

We work to keep Pokémon TCG Tracker available and useful, but the service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, network conditions or other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent coverage of any particular card, market, currency or source.

We may update the portal, device firmware, supported features and these Terms. Updates may be needed for security, reliability or compatibility. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where reasonably required.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Pokémon TCG Tracker at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the digital service and market information are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or future availability of third-party catalogue and pricing information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, Legna Labs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party data or services, or decisions made in reliance on market estimates.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
